A live show that entertains and educates children
for a healthier future!

The Broccoli Rob Show is the answer to the question "How do I get my kids to eat more fruits and vegetables?"

With music, dance, comedy, feats of  strength, martial arts, contests, prizes, audience participation, a bluesy, rocking, country-tinged energizing sound... Broccoli Rob rocks the house!

Every day there is new information out about the importance of eating more fruits and vegetables. These foods contain not only vitamins and minerals but micronutrients such as phytochemicals, antioxidents, vitamin k, folate, Omega 3 fatty acids etc...  The latest medical studies are finding that foods high in micronutrients help fight diseases like diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune disease, digestive problems and even certain types of cancer.   Organizations like the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine , Michele Obama's Let's Move initiative and doctors such as Dr. OZ, Dr. Joel FuhrmanDr. EsselysteenDr. T. Colin Campbell  are bringing this information to the public. Broccoli Rob's aim is to get kids to eat more of these nutrient dense foods and to make it enjoyable for them to do so.

The Broccoli Rob Show gets children excited about eating healthy and inspires them to get up, get moving and make better choices because... Eating Healthy Rocks!
